Ireland deposits its instrument of ratification for the MLI
Nineteen jurisdictions have deposited their instruments.
On January 29, 2019, Ireland has deposited its instrument of ratification for the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI), therewith underlining their strong commitment to prevent the abuse of tax treaties and BEPS by multinational enterprises
