Guernsey deposits its instrument of ratification for the MLI
Twenty jurisdictions have deposited their instruments.
On February 12, 2019, Guernsey has deposited its instrument of ratification for the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI), therewith underlining their strong commitment to prevent the abuse of tax treaties and BEPS by multinational enterprises
