Canada’s Minister of Finance, Jim Flaherty, has launched public consultations on the taxation of corporate groups to explore whether changes to the tax system can be made to improve its efficiency and to support economic growth.

Zhenhua has said that the government is still considering its options to use tax

IoM Issues Update On Tax Review
The Treasury Minister of the Isle of Man, Anne Craine has said that the government
is continuing to monitor developments following its latest meeting with the EU
Code of Conduct Group, which on November 19 focused primarily on the workings
of the island’s attribution regime for individuals and how it interacts with the business tax system.
Jersey Questions EU Tax Review
The Jersey government has released a statement noting its opposition to a paper by European Commission officials which asserts that the island’s deemed
distribution provisions, and the combined effect of taxation at company and
shareholder levels, come within the scope of the Code of Conduct Group's review of business taxation in the jurisdiction.

The Japanese government, to further its stated policy of cutting greenhouse gas
