UK Publishes Further Guidance On Aircraft Zero-Rating
The UK tax authority, HM Revenue and Customs has published further guidance
in respect to the change of the definition of an aircraft for value-added tax
purposes, from one that is based on weight, to one that is based on the status
of the customer.
