WTO Rules Against Chinese X-Ray Scanner Dumping Duties
A World Trade Organization panel has ruled against China in a dispute brought
by the European Union against anti-dumping duties, of 71.8%, on imports of certain
security inspection equipment (x-ray scanners) from the European Union.
