Canada has signed the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on country-by-country reporting. The first information exchanges are expected to take place in June 2018.

China Confirms Export Support, As US Hikes Steel Duties
The day after the US Department of Commerce imposed final
anti-dumping and anti-subsidy countervailing duty on imports from China
of cold-rolled steel flat products, the Chinese Ministry of Finance issued
a policy document confirming its financial support to the domestic steel industry,
including export duty rebates.
